| | Howdy Yall well....it finally happened. me and jenna made it official, and yes it took 3 months for it to happen. oh well, better late than never. |
well, folks that was a year ago today -^_^- i dont know, but ive kept her in my arms for a year. there has been a lot of hell in my life leading to the happiness ive had in my life for the past year. i nearly gave up on love in january 2006, but last march a cute little pisshead at the time danced her way into my heart. looking back on it was a blessing that she broke my heart in two cause if id have never lost her honey id have never found you that pretty sums it up right there | | |
| Howdy Yall well, in light of me being pissed off about a juiced up 756 by barry bonds, i need to look into the historic side of homeruns. i will now give yall my top 5 homeruns of all time: 1) 1988 World Series: Kirk Gibson had been hurt in the NLCS and wasn't scheduled to play in the World Series. He pinch hit in the bottom of the 9th with the Dodgers losing 4-3. He hit a walk-off home run with pure upperbody strengh because of injury from the NLCS 2) Roger Maris' 61st homerun in 1961 3) Reggie Jackson's 3 home runs in the 1977 world series 4) Griffey father/son back to back home runs 5) Chris Burke's walk off homerun in the 2005 playoffs in the bottom of the 18th inning | | |
| Howdy Yall well....ive been living in uvalde for a week now. its been pretty boring right, but come next week when staff stuff starts itll pick right up. i never thought i would say it, but im actually looking forward to my first day of school....as a teacher that is. well....358 days and counting......thats right, in a week me and jenna will have been dating for a year. wow....who would have thunk it, a fool like me could keep someone that sweet. if you have any pictures of us...email them to me at deadtalon@gmail.com | | |
| Howdy Yall well, if you haven't heard by now....one of baseball's most sacred records was broken tonight. hank aaron's 36 year old record of 755 career home runs was broken by a douche bag who was juiced up on steroids. people will say im wrong cause he has never been caught, but fuck yall. there is something wrong when a guy who is 40 can do something that a 28 year old star cant do and hit 73 homeruns. whether he has been caught or not, barry bonds is on steroids and tainted a great record. his stat line should forever read *756 career homeruns. *needed the help of steroids to break this record i know that in the next few years his record will be broken and i just hope that im there to see it. alex rodriquez just got his 500th career homerun. he still have at least 6 years left in his career, and i predict that a-rod will break this record and make it sacred again when he does it on his own skills and without muscle enhancers. | | |
| Howdy Yall dang...it's been awhile since i updated, like over 2 months. well, so much has happened in my life since then. i'll just go month by month. May: Jenna became a senior in the Corps. She put her boots on for the first time, and she looks so adorable in them ^_^ May was also the month of movies. Spider Man 3, Pirates 3, and Shrek 3 were all awesome and they all met my expectations. June: June was the month of weddings. Two of my buddies took the plunge...2 down, 10 to go. That nasty festival happened on June 16, and went perfectly. I met Jackie Sherril, who was a former coach of A&M, and I met the Bellamy Brothers, WHOOP!! July: Transformers was a bad ass movie, everyone should see it. My brother got engaged, I'm so happy for him. I am officially a 7th grade math teacher at Uvalde Jr. High. That's all thats been happening, I'll try to keep up with this better. | | |
